Refund Policy

WitRADIUS is committed to fair commercial practice. This policy explains when, how, and why a refund may be issued for any of our cloud services or hardware products.

1. Scope

This policy covers all services and hardware purchased directly from WitRADIUS (including SaaS subscriptions, voucher points, wallet top-ups, and pre-flashed routers). Third-party purchases (e.g. via resellers) are governed by the reseller's own policy.

2. SaaS subscriptions

New SaaS subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of first activation for a full refund of the unused portion, in line with Article 36 of Law 181/2018. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated for the remainder of the billing period at WitRADIUS' discretion.

3. Hardware (routers, antennas)

Sealed, unused hardware may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus return shipping. Used hardware in working condition may be returned within 30 days for a 70% refund. Damaged or non-original-packaging items are not eligible.

4. When refunds are granted

Refunds are granted automatically for: service unavailability exceeding the SLA, billing errors, duplicate charges, and any cancellation made within the 14-day cooling-off period. Service credits may be offered as an alternative at the customer's choice.

5. When refunds are not granted

Refunds are not granted for: voucher codes that have been printed and sold to end-users, custom development work that has been delivered and accepted, or services consumed beyond the 14-day cooling-off period in the absence of a service-level breach.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, invoice number, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14 business days, in line with the Consumer Protection Authority guidelines.

7. Return shipping

Hardware returns are arranged via Bosta. WitRADIUS covers return shipping when the item is defective on arrival or shipped in error; otherwise the customer covers the return cost.

8. Warranty

All WitRADIUS-supplied hardware carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from lightning, power surges, water, or unauthorised modification.

9. Force majeure

WitRADIUS is not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (national infrastructure outages, government action, natural disaster). Affected customers will receive service credit equal to the period of interruption.

10. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Authority (consumer.gov.eg). Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.
