From signup to first sale in 30 minutes
This guide takes you through every step of going live with WitRADIUS — from creating your account to printing and selling your first voucher.

1. Create your account
Open portal.witradius.com, click Register, enter your email and a strong password. Choose 'Admin' if you operate multiple hotspots, or 'Business' for a single café/hotel, or 'HomeAP' for a single home access point.

2. Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder. Once verified, log in to the admin panel.

3. Top up your wallet
On first login you will see a wallet balance of 0. Click 'Top up' and pay via Kashier (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, or wallet). For Admin accounts, buying 100 points costs 2,750 EGP — that prints up to 100 vouchers depending on plan.
Refunds are processed within 14 days under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law 181/2018. - 4
4. Add your first hotspot
Go to Hotspots → Add. Enter a name (e.g. 'Café Main Branch'), pick a country and timezone. The system generates a NAS secret and a ZeroTier network ID for your router.

5. Flash your router
Order a pre-flashed router from our shop, or download the WitWrt firmware for your model from witwrt.com and flash it via the OpenWrt sysupgrade procedure. On first boot, the router will auto-tunnel and appear in your hotspot list as 'Online'.

6. Print your first voucher
Go to Vouchers → Generate. Pick a profile (1 hour, 1 day, 1 GB, etc.), set quantity to 1, click Generate. The system shows you the voucher code — print it or write it down.

7. Sell and test
Hand the voucher to a customer (or test it yourself). Connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi, the splash page opens, enter the code, and you're online. The session appears live in your dashboard within seconds.
